Trainee Customer Resolution Officer - Fixed term 2 years

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Customer Resolution Officer to join our Customer Experience team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in customer service while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

In this role, you will provide support to customers across multiple channels, including face-to-face, phone and email, while learning how to resolve enquiries effectively. You'll develop administration and communication skills, work with a range of internal teams, and contribute to delivering a positive experience for our community.

As part of the traineeship, you will complete a Certificate IV in Business Administration funded by the City of Coffs Harbour, combining on-the-job experience with structured learning and ongoing development support.

About you

You are someone who is eager to start a career in customer service and has recently completed Year 12 or equivalent. You bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. You enjoy working as part of a team, can manage your time effectively and are comfortable working with computers, particularly the Microsoft Office suite. You have a strong attention to detail, approach challenges with a "can do" mindset, and are motivated to build your skills while delivering quality service to customers in a fast-paced environment..
